The United Arab Emirates and Jordan praised Saudi King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz's support for Egypt in its war against terrorism.

King Abdullah called on Arabs on Friday to stand united in the face of those who try to destabilize Egypt.

"Let those who interfere in its (Egypt) domestic affairs know that they are fueling sedition and supporting the terrorism which they call for fighting," King Abdullah said.

Emirates News Agency (WAM) said on its website that the Saudi King's statement comes at a pivotal moment that supports Egypt's unity and stability and stems from his concern for the region.

Jordan's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs Nasser Judeh said that his country stands by Egypt in its pursuit to impose the rule of law, recover and restore security, safety and stability, the Jordanian Petra News Agency reported.

Egypt remains a key Arab nation, Judeh said, warning against attempts to tamper with its security and safety.
